Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out the cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions for paid budgeting and cash-flow planning engagements with Cedarline Hospitality Finance Co., Ltd.. The first scoping call is free of charge, so this policy covers only work agreed and invoiced after that call.

When this policy applies

It applies to all paid engagements: a fixed-scope budgeting build, a rolling cash-flow forecast build, and the monthly review and guidance service. Each engagement's fees and packages are set individually per client after scoping is complete, so the specific fee, scope and schedule for your engagement are confirmed in the written quote you accept before work begins; this policy sits behind that quote.

Cancellation before work starts

You may cancel an agreed engagement at any time before the first working session by written notice (email to info@neuro-cedarline.click). Where a deposit or advance has been paid, it is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf and evidenced. No cancellation fee is charged for a cancellation made before work starts.

Cancellation after work has started

  • Fixed-scope engagements (budgeting build, cash-flow forecast build): if you cancel after work has started, work completed up to the cancellation date is billed at the agreed rate, and any balance of any advance you paid is refunded within 14 days of receiving your written cancellation.
  • Monthly review service: the service runs in monthly cycles. You may pause or end it at the start of any monthly cycle by written notice given at least 7 days before the cycle starts. You are not charged for any cycle that begins after your notice. Cycles already underway are charged in full; no partial-month refund is given for a cycle already started.

Rescheduling

A scheduled session may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 2 business days' notice. A session rescheduled with shorter notice, or rescheduled more than once, may be subject to a rescheduling fee set out in your quote.

No-shows

If a session is missed without notice, it is counted as delivered for billing purposes. A single missed session per engagement may be re-arranged at our discretion; repeated no-shows are charged at the agreed session rate.

Deposits

Where a deposit is taken to secure a date or scope, it is applied against the final invoice on completion. If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is refunded as set out above. Deposits are non-refundable only where work has already started and the deposit reflects work completed.

Work already started

Where work has been delivered — for example, a completed chart-of-accounts audit or a handed-over forecast model — that work is not refundable, because it has already been performed and the deliverable is yours. The refund above covers the unused portion of any advance only.

Non-refundable items

  • Sessions already delivered, including any session missed without notice.
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf and evidenced (for example, a specialist sub-engagement you approved).
  • A monthly review cycle already underway at the time of cancellation.

Refund method and processing time

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving a valid written request. If a refund cannot be returned to the original method (for example, an expired card), we will arrange an alternative with you by email.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Send a written request to info@neuro-cedarline.click or call +66-76-219-584, including your name, business name and the engagement reference from your quote. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Where a refund request relates to a dispute about the quality of delivered work, we will first offer to re-perform the affected portion of the engagement. If that is not acceptable, the matter is handled under the limitation and governing-law clauses in our terms of service.

Refund policy review date: October 2026. Standard market-consistent durations are used where the business has not yet confirmed specific windows; these are logged as proposed, pending business confirmation.
