Budgeting build
A departmental operating budget mapped to rooms, F&B, minor operating departments and undistributed costs, with each month weighted to the way Phuket actually trades across its peak, shoulder and quiet periods.
Three service areas, each scoped to hospitality numbers. We do not sell software, loans or investment products.

A thirteen-week forward cash view in a workbook you keep and can edit, with supplier due dates, pay cycles, VAT and deposit movements wired in, and re-cut against actuals every month.
A scheduled monthly session comparing forecast to actuals, a written variance note in plain language, and adjustments to the next 13 weeks. Decisions stay with you; we bring the read.

A working budget and forecast model, handed over in a spreadsheet you keep.
Every budget, baseline and 13-week forecast we build is handed over in a spreadsheet that belongs to you. There is no platform to subscribe to and no data locked behind a login. If our engagement ends, the working files stay with you and keep working.
We work from your existing accounting export and translate it into the departmental shape a hotel runs on — rooms, food and beverage, minor operating departments, and the undistributed costs underneath.
A restaurant inside a hotel is often where margin leaks first. We track food and beverage cost percentage alongside contribution margin per cover, plus pour-cost and waste at the bar, so a dish that sells well at a fair cost is not killed by a blunt cost-percentage target.
The same logic applies to banquet and event revenue, where per-cover contribution is what matters, not headline revenue.

F&B contribution is read per cover, not just by cost percentage.
Engagements run on a session basis. The first three sessions are on-site in Phuket where possible, after which the monthly review can be held on-site or remotely. We work from your existing accounting export — typically a recent monthly P&L and around two to three years of revenue history by department — and we hand over models in a spreadsheet format you can open and edit yourself. We do not hold your data on an ongoing basis; at the end of an engagement the working files are yours.
Most of our engagements are with independent hotels and resorts of roughly 30 to 180 rooms, and with restaurant groups operating between one and six outlets in Phuket and the surrounding provinces. We also take a small number of larger properties where the owner is close enough to the numbers to want a forward-looking read, not only a historical one.
Because specific packages, fees and credentials are agreed individually with each client once scoping is complete, we do not publish a fixed price list. An initial scoping call carries no cost; once it is done, any further work is quoted in writing before it starts. See the refund policy for how cancellations are handled.
