Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any budgeting or cash-flow planning engagement with Cedarline Hospitality Finance Co., Ltd.. By using the site or sending an inquiry, you accept these terms.

The service we provide

We provide financial planning consultations and financial management guidance focused on hospitality-business budgeting and cash-flow planning for hotels, resorts and restaurants. The service is advisory: we build budgets, rolling cash-flow forecasts and review notes, and we help you read your own numbers. Statutory audit, tax filing and any licensed financial-advisory or investment activity regulated under Thai law are outside our scope and remain with your licensed Thai accountant.

What we are not

• We are not a lender and do not advance loans, take equity or provide financing of any kind.
• We take no commission for introducing a client to a finance provider.
• We do not market or resell hotel-management, PMS or POS software.
• Specific occupancy, margin or profitability results cannot be promised by any planning exercise; we improve the quality of decisions, we do not insure against market risk.

Engagements and fees

The opening scoping conversation carries no fee. After it, any additional work is put in writing as a quote before it begins, and an engagement proceeds only when you accept that quote. Each client's fees and packages are agreed individually after scoping is complete, so no fixed price list is published here. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

To deliver useful guidance, we rely on information you provide being as accurate as you can reasonably make it. You remain responsible for the decisions made on the basis of our guidance, and for keeping your own licensed accountant and tax advisers in the loop where their work is affected.

Intellectual property

Models, workbooks and notes we prepare for an engagement are handed to you for your internal use at the end of the engagement. The site content, branding and design remain ours; you may not copy site content for republication without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of our guidance.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, framed under Thailand's PDPA.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Phuket, Thailand, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms as our service develops. A review date appears below. Material changes take effect once posted here.
